In February 2011,we teamed with Gusewelle Films to create a series of short How-To videos for 32BJ SEIU, the union of building operators, that demonstrated how to make your building more efficient and environmentally friendly.  Each video, presented on the 32BJ Thomas Shortman Training Fund website, helped them reach their goal of 1000 “green certified” superintendants in New York City within one year’s time.  The videos were even played at their  gradutaion ceremony.

Over 4 shooting days and hundreds of hours of post, we made these videos and feel that they are a fun way to improve your quality of living and help preserve the environment.  The videos cover the topics of Motion Sensors, Timers for lighting, Indoor Environmental Quality, Logging building equipment and Air-Sealing.
